I’m Rob McCubbin, founder of RM Consulting and a serving Major in the British Army’s Royal Army Medical Service.

For more than 16 years I led teams in operational healthcare, multinational medical operations, and defence health policy — including establishing facilities in challenging environments and shaping wellbeing strategy for large organisations. I’ve advised senior military leadership across the UK and Germany, completed the prestigious German General Staff Course as Top International Student, and earned postgraduate qualifications in leadership, health & social care management, and executive coaching.

Today, I bring that same combination of rigorous leadership experience and people-focused insight to private executive coaching. My work helps busy leaders achieve higher performance and clearer decision-making while creating space for what matters most outside of work.
